We have recently introduced one super-king size junior suite at The Inn on The Moor Hotel featuring refreshingly unique décor and an overall size of 28m²

Room Details

Our junior suite features a super-king size bed alongside a comfortable two-seater sofa which can be made into a standard double bed upon request. In addition to this, the junior suite offers a dining area, an exclusive area dedicated to in-room refreshments and a separate vanity area with extensive clothes storage.

Location & View

Our super-king size junior suite is located on the first floor and is accessible via the north staircase. It has a view over our side-garden and patio area.

En-Suite Facilities

At The Inn on the Moor Hotel, all our guest rooms have en-suite facilities. Our junior suite offers the luxury of a large bath, with separate shower.

Dog Friendly

					  We recently stayed here for 3 nights on a UK mini break.  Booked after reading the other great reviews.  Easy to find in the small, but popular Goathland... read more village, right next door to the Aidensfield Garage.  Plenty of parking spaces.  COVID-19 measures in place, with hand sanitiser, a one way system and everyone wearing face coverings.  All tables are spaced out and have signs saying they have been sanitised and are ready for use. We had a 45 minute wait in the lounge for our room even though we arrived at 2pm ready for check in, so we had a drink by the cosy fire and they stored our luggage in a secure area. The staff throughout our stay were all genuinely friendly and helpful.  Very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble.  We couldn't have wished for a more down to earth and relaxed atmosphere.  Our room was an Executive King Room which had a spacious but cosy feel.  Nice decor and soft furnishings and a very comfortable, slightly firm bed.  A lovely view over the countryside and moors.  The room had a wall mounted TV with freeview, Tea and coffee making facilities and bottled water.  There were 2 little bottles of shampoo and shower gel, but these were not replenished.  We dined in the evening twice and had breakfast 3 mornings.  The food was delicious.   Lots of homemade dishes on both the regular and daily specials menus.  The... Breakfast consisted of a choice of continental with yogurt, fruit, cereal, toast, tea and coffee, fruit juice etc.  There was also a very good selection of hot choices including porridge or scrambled eggs to a full english and vegetarian option. 

The Inn on the Moor Hotel is a great tourist base for visiting many nearby tourist attractions including Whitby and Robin Hood's Bay.  Plenty of walking trails in the area too including those down to the Mallyan Spout and Beck Hole.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

					  This is a very friendly and welcoming place. The bedrooms are dated but in keeping with the village. The welcome was warm and friendly. Staff are all amazing and make... read more sure you are having a good time. Food was very nice. Was lovely to hear the steam train whistle from the bedroom window. Beautiful views of the moor. Will be visiting again.
